Lutheran Church, Broadway and Gough Street, Baltimore,
Maryland.

(e) To the Inner Mission Society of the Evangelical Luth-
eran Church of Baltimore City and Vicinity, Inc., referred to
in the Will as "Lutheran Inner Mission Society", and to the
devise and bequest in remainder in said Last Will and Testa-
ment:

(<a) To the Salvation Army, Incorporated, referred to in
the Will as "The Salvation Army of Baltimore".

(b) To the James Lawrence Kernan Hospital and Industrial
School of Maryland for Crippled Children, referred to in the
Will as "Kernan Hospital and Industrial School for Crippled
Children, Windsor Mill Road, Baltimore County".

(c) To the Maryland Tuberculosis Sanatorium, Frederick
County, Maryland.

(d) To the American Red Cross, referred to in the Will as
"The Red Cross Society of Maryland".

(e) To the Inner Mission Society of the Evangelical Luth-
eran Church of Baltimore City and Vicinity, Inc., referred
to in the Will as "The Inner Mission Lutheran Society".

31. To the following bequests and devises contained in
the Last Will and Testament of Laura Kerr Mathews, late
of Laurel, Prince George's County, Maryland, of record in
the Office of the Register of Wills for said County in Wills
Record Book Liber W. T. D., No. 4, folio 205:

(a) To the Vestry of Holy Trinity Protestant Episcopal
Church near Collington, Maryland, to be known as "The Wil-
liam Waters Duvall Fund", the income therefrom to be ap-
plied exclusively on account of the salary of the Rector of
said Church.

(b) To the Vestry of Holy Trinity Protestant Episcopal
Church, near Collington, Maryland, the income derived there-
from to be applied solely to the upkeep of the burial lots in
the Holy Trinity church-yard known as the Doctor William
Waters Duvall lot and the Griffith lot adjoining.

(c) To the Vestry of Saint Philips Protestant Episcopal
Church of Laurel, Maryland, the income therefrom to be
applied solely on account of the salary of the Rector of said
Church.

(d) Western Maryland College, Westminster, Maryland,
to be applied to the Student Loan Fund of said College.

(e) Maryland Society, Daughters of the American Revo-
lution, to be applied to the Student Loan Fund of said
Society.

32. To the following bequests contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Margaret M. Denmead, late of Baltimore
