1090 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 512

(d) To the Academy of the Visitation B. V. M., Frederick,
Maryland, the sum of Two Thousand Dollars in gratitude for
the religious training given my mother, Susanna Jarboe Grove,
which has been of much comfort to me.

(c) To St. J oka's Catholic Parochial School for Frederick,
Maryland, the sum of One Thousand Dollars.

(f) To Mount Saint Mary's College, Emmitsburg, Maryland,
the sum of Five Hundred Dollars towards the education of
young men preparing for the priesthood.

(g) To St. Joseph's College, Emmitsburg, Maryland, the sum
of Five Hundred Dollars ($500. 00) for educating deserving
children.

(h) To Michael J. Curley, Archbishop of Baltimore, or to
his successor, the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1, 000) for
the education of young men preparing for the priesthood.

(i) To Michael J. Curley, Archbishop of Baltimore, or his
successor, the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1, 000) for
use in the Diocese.

(j) To St. Francis Parochial School, Brunswick, Maryland,
the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500).

(k) To Notre Dame Catholic Parochial School, St. Peter's
Church, Libertytown, Maryland, the sum of Five Hundred
Dollars.

29. To the grant and deed executed by Bessie Zant, to the
St. John's Spiritual Baptist Church of Baltimore, Maryland,
a body corporate, dated December 31, 1936, and duly recorded
iamong the Land Records of Baltimore City of January 4,
1937, in Liber S. C. L. 5687, folio 48, conveying properties
1433-35 Eastern Avenue and 1428-30 Duker Alley, in Balti-
more City, to the said The St. John's Spiritual Baptist Church,
a body corporate.

30. To the bequests contained in the Last Will and Testa-
ment, and Codicil thereto, of Ernest L. Mueller, deceased, late
of Baltimore City, of record in the office of the Register of
Wills for said city in Wills, Liber J. H. B. No. 185, folio 208,
to the following, viz:

(a) To the Lutheran Church of Our Saviour, Garrison and
Groveland Avenues, West Arlington, Baltimore, Maryland.

(b) To the Third Church of Christ Scientist, Baltimore,
Maryland.

(c) To the Trustees of the Orangeville Methodist Episcopal
Church, Baltimore County, State of Maryland, referred to in
the Will as "Orangeville Methodist Church, Tenth Street,
Baltimore, Maryland".

(d) To the Grace English Evangelical Lutheran Church of
Baltimore City, referred to in the Will as "Grace Evangelical
