corner of Maryland Avenue and Preston Street. The Deed is
dated February 26th, 1937, recorded March 4, 1937.

Beginning for the same at the corner formed by the inter-
section of the northernmost side of Preston Street and the
westernmost side of Maryland Avenue, and running thence
northerly binding on the westernmost side of Maryland Avenue
150 feet 9 inches to the end of the first line of the lot of
ground described in a deed from Nelson Perin and wife to
The Associate Congregational Church, dated April 25, 1902,
and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City,
Liber R. O. 1955, folio 245, etc., and running thence westerly
binding along the said line of lot of ground in said deed and
continuing the same course parallel with Preston Street 150
feet, more or less, to the easternmost side of Hudson Alley
and thence southerly binding on the easternmost side of Hud-
son Alley 150 feet 9 inches, more or less, to the north side of
Preston Street, and thence easterly binding on the north side
of Preston Street, 150 feet, more or less, to the place of be-
ginning.

26. To the gifts, sales, devises and bequests to the Vestry
of Emanuel Church, Baltimore, a body corporate, as follows:

(a) Deed of a ground rent of $96. 00 per annum, on No.
3014 Cresmont Avenue, Baltimore City, from Lois C.
Smith, dated December 31, 1936, recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. G. L. No. 5686, folio 446.

(b) Deed of a ground rent of $80. 00 per annum on No. 1207
West Forty-first Street, Baltimore City, from Mary A. Thomas,
et al., dated June 17, 1930, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. G. L. No. 5130, folio 189,
etc.

(c) The gift and bequest of the sum of Five Hundred Dollars
contained in the Will of Walter I. Dawkins, dated January
7, 1932, and recorded in the office of the Register of Wills of
Baltimore City, in Wills Liber J. H. B. No. 185, folio 107, etc.

(d) The several gifts, bequests ami devises to said body cor-
porate, contained in the Will of Jessie B. Stellman, dated
April 26, 1929, and recorded in the office of the Register of
Wills of Baltimoore City, in Wills Liber J. H. B. No. 188,
folio etc.

(e) The two gifts and bequests of One Thousand Dollars
each contained in the Will of Mary G. Small, dated June 27,
1896, and recorded in the office of the Register of Wills of
Baltimore City, in Wills Liber B. E. S. No. 100, folio 119, etc.

27. To the bequest contained in the Will of James Hickey,
late of Frederick County, Maryland, which said will is recorded
in Liber J. H. No. 1, folio 185, one of the Books for Recording
