City, deceased, of record in the office of the Register of Wills
of said City in Wills Liber J. H. B. 187, folio 82, etc., viz.:

(a) To the General German Aged People's Home of Balti-
more City, one thousand dollars ($ 1, 000. 00) cash.

(b) To the General German Orphans' Association of Balti-
more City, one thousand dollars ($1, 000. 00) cash.

(c) To the Children's Hospital School, Inc., one thousand
dollars ($1, 000. 00) cash.

(d) To the Home for the Incurables the sum of one thousand
dollars ($1, 000. 00) cash.

(c) To the Nursery and Child's Hospital of Baltimore City,
one thousand dollars ($1, 000. 00) cash.

(f) To the Young Men's Christian Association of Baltimore
City, one thousand dollars ($1, 000. 00) cash.

24. To the bequests and contingent bequests and the devises
made by and contained in the Last Will and Testament of L.
C. Probert, late of Montgomery County in the State of Mary-
land, deceased, the said last will and testament bearing date
the 27th day of February, 1936, duly probated by the Orphans'
Court of said Montgomery County on the 16th day of Febru-
ary, 1937, and now of record in Liber H. G. C. No. 17 at folio
133 of the Will Books of the office of the Register of Wills for
said County, as follows, to wit:

(a) To the bequest to Francis Miller, Trustee, and his suc-
cessors in trust, of one-quarter (14) of the residuum of the
whole estate of the said L. C. Probert after the payment of
certain specific bequests in said will set forth, from the inter-
est and principal of which to pay, from time to time, to the
Pastor of St. John's Episcopal Church at Olney, Maryland,
such sums as may be reasonable for the repair and upkeep of
the Adelaide R. Probert memorial organ in St. John's Church,
for the repair, upkeep, furnishing and heating of the Rectory
of said Church and for supplementing the Pastor's salary to
such an extent as may be necessary to permit the Pastor to
live decently as is befitting his calling and station, and also
for the purpose of paying, upon the recommendation of the
Pastor of said Church, sums of money from said funds to
needy persons in distress.

(b) To the contingent bequests and devises to Francis
Miller, Trustee, and his successors in trust, for the uses in
Paragraph "a" of this Act set forth, of any increase in said
trust funds which might result from the failure of other
trust by said will established.

25. To the purchase of the Orthodox Greek Church Evan-
gelism of Baltimore City, from the Middle Atlantic Conference
of Congregational Churches, the property at the northwest
