1086 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 512

dated December 4, 1923, and recorded among the Land Records
of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 4114, folio 586, covering
leasehold property located on the west side of South Wolfe
Street, known as No. 524 South Wolfe Street, in Baltimore
City; and also the sanction and consent of the General Assem-
bly of Maryland to the holding and disposal of said property
by the St. Michael's Ruthenian Catholic Church, Inc.

19. To the grant and assignment executed by Clara M.
Heinlein to the Faith Evangelical Lutheran Church of Balti-
more, dated September 25, 1924, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. 4298, folio 489,
covering leasehold property located on the south side of Twen-
ty-Fifth Street, known as No. 1719 East Twenty-Fifth Street,
in Baltimore City; and also the sanction and consent of the
General Assembly of Maryland to the holding and disposal
of said property by the Faith Evangelical Lutheran Church
of Baltimore.

20. To the grant and assignment executed by Annie
Kirkham Hutchins to the Alameda Baptist Church, dated
April 1, 1926, and recorded among the Land Records of Balti-
more City in Liber S. C. L. No. 4558, folio 118, covering lease-
hold property located on the north side of Thirty-Second
Street, known as No. 1820 East Thirty-Second Street, in Balti-
more City; and also the sanction and consent of the General
Assembly of Maryland to the holding and disposal of said
property by the Alameda Baptist Church.

21. To the bequest to the Trustees of St. Mark's English
Evangelical Lutheran Church of Baltimore of the sum of One
Thousand Dollars ($1, 000. 00) contained in paragraph six of
the Last Will and Testament of Charles G. Gens, Jr., dated
June 22, 1927, and recorded in the office of the Register of
Wills of Baltimore City in Wills, Liber J. H. B. No. 186,
folio 223.

22. To conveyance by deed dated May 22nd, 1933, from
Emily Johnson, widow, to the Trustees of Gatch Methodist
Episcopal Church of the Great Falls Circuit of Baltimore
County, State of Maryland, and recorded among the Land Rec-
ords of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 5359, folio 510, and
by Deed dated April 5th, 1933, from the Baltimore City Mis-
sionary and Church Extension Society of the Methodist Epis-
copal Church to the Trustees of Gatch Methodist Episcopal
Church of the Great Falls Circuit of Baltimore County, State
of Maryland, and recorded among the Land Records of Balti-
more City in Liber S. C. L. No. 5353, folio 218.

23. To the following bequests contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Louise Gail Schmeisser, late of Baltimore
