Register of Wills of Baltimore City in Wills Liber J. H. B. No.
183, folio 75, as follows:
(a) To the Franciscan Friars of the Atonement, Graymoor,
Garrison, New York, of the sum of $40. 00 for Masses.
(b) To the Society for the Propagation of the Faith in the
Archdiocese of New York of the sum of $500. 00 for Masses.
5. To the gifts, devises and bequests contained in the Last
Will and Testament and Codicils thereto of Katherine S.
Nicols, late of Baltimore City, deceased, said Will and Codi-
cils being duly recorded in the office of the Register of Wills
of Baltimore City in Wills Liber J. H. B. No. 186, folio 555,
as follows:
(a) To the Vestry of the Church of St. Michael and All
Angels, Baltimore City, Maryland, of the sum of f 5, 000. 00, as
a permanent trust fund to be designated as "The Nicols Fund",
the income from same to be used for the general support of the
Church.
(b) To the Protestant Episcopal Chapel of the Guardian
Angel, Baltimore City, Maryland, of the sum of $1, 000. 00, as
an endowment, the income to be used in support of the Day
Nursery.
6. To a Deed from the Associate Congregational Church of
Baltimore, a body corporate to The First Spiritual Church of
Baltimore, a body corporate bearing date of August 26th, 1908,
and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City, in
Liber S. C. L. No. 2445, folio 209, etc., conveying the fee-simple
to said property to the First Spiritual Church of Baltimore
City to property located on the Southeast corner of North
Avenue and Hope Street, Baltimore City, with a width of 65. 6
feet on South side of North Avenue and a mean depth of ninety
feet.
7. To the conveyance contained in a deed from Wilfred B.
Love and Elizabeth V. Love, his wife, to Methodist Episcopal
Church of Conowingo, dated March 7, 1918, and recorded on
May 28, 1918 among the Land Records of Cecil County in
Liber W. C. P. No. 1, Folio 49.
8. To the devise to the Trustees of the Bethel Presbyterian
Church and Congregation of Harford County, contained in
the Last Will and Testament of Mary S. Cathcart, which Will
is dated January 7, 1913, and recorded among the Records of
the Register of Wills of Harford County in Wills A. J. G., No.
19, folio 439.
9. To the bequest contained in the Last Will and Testament
of Katherian S. Noel, late of Carroll County, deceased, of two
