hundred ($200. 00) dollars to the Rev. H. L. Elderdice, D. D.,
to be used for the Westminster Theological Seminary, West-
minster, Maryland.

10. To the bequest contained in the Last Will and Testa-
ment of Katherien S. Noel, late of Carroll County, deceased,
of two hundred ($200. 00) dollars, to the Trustees of the
Methodist Protestant Church Westminster, Maryland, to be
used toward a building fund for the Primary Department of
the Sunday School of the said Church.

11. To a Deed from Ernest Maier, James W. D. Kibler,
John A. Braum and Alan P. Keeny, as joint tenants, to the
Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church of Mount Rainier, Mary-
land, a body corporate, dated September 14, 1936, and re-
corded among the Land Records of Prince George's County,
Maryland, in Liber No. 451, folio 269, conveying the most
Northerly 60 feet by the full width of each of Lots 11 and 12,
in Block 11, in the sub-division of the tract of land known as
Rogers Addition to Mt. Rainier, as per plat of said subdivision
recorded among the Land Records of said Prince George's
County, Maryland, in Liber J. W. B. No. 5, folio 670, as de-
scribed in said deed.

12. To Deed from Ernest Maier, James W. D. Kibler, John
A. Braun and Alan P. Keeny, as joint tenants, to the Trinity
Evangelical Lutheran Church of Mount Rainier, Maryland, a
body corporate, dated September 14, 1936, and recorded among
the aforesaid Land Records in Liber No. 451, folio 271, con-
veying the Southerly part by the full width of each of Lots 11
and 12, in Block 11, in the subdivision of the tract of land
known as Rogers Addition to Mt. Rainier, as per plat of said
subdivision recorded among the aforesaid Land Records in
Liber J. W. B. No. 5, folio 670, as described in said Deed.

13. To the gifts, devises and bequests made and contained
in the Last Will and Testament of Dorothea S. Stalfort, late
of Baltimore City, deceased, said Will being dated December
5th, 1936, and having been duly admitted to probate by the
Orphans' Court of Baltimore City on January 5th, 1937, and
now or to be duly recorded in the office of the Register of
Wills for Baltimore City in "Wills" Liber J. H. B., No. 187,
folio, etc., as follows:

(a) To the Inner Mission Society of the Evangelical
Lutheran Church of Baltimore City and Vicinity, Incor-
porated, a body corporate, the sum of Five Hundred Dollars
(f500. 00), in cash, absolutely, under the* second item of the
said Will.

(b) To the Grace English Evangelical Lutheran Church of
Baltimore City, a body corporate, the sum of Five Hundred
