1082 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 512
CHAPTER 512.

AN ACT to declare the sanction and consent of the General
Assembly of Maryland to sundry gifts, bequests and devises
contained in the last wills and testaments of certain per
sons, deceased, and also to certain gifts, grants, sales, leases
and deeds made by various persons to and for the use and
benefit of sundry ministerial persons, religious corporations,
vestries, educational and charitable institutions, churches,
denominations or sects hereinafter named.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the sanction and consent of the said General Assem-
bly of Maryland be and the same is hereby declared, given and
granted to the following gifts, bequests, devices, grants, sales,
leases, conveyances and deeds, to and from certain persons and
bodies corporate to and for the use of certain ministerial per-
sons, religious and educational corporations, orders, denomina-
tions and sects, and to certain charitable institutions herein-
after named as herein set forth:

1. To a deed from Isaac Cate Lycett and wife to the Vestry
of St. John's Church, Huntingdon, Baltimore County, dated
December 9, 1936, and recorded among the land records of
Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 5681, folio 294, etc. Being
the reversionary interest in an annual ground rent of $54. 00
issuing out of No. 450 North Robinson Street, Baltimore,
Maryland.

2. To a deed from Realty Investors, Inc., to the Vestry of
St. John's Church, Huntingdon, Baltimore County, dated
December 9, 1936, and recorded among the lands records of
Baltimore County in Liber C. W. B., Jr., No. 988, folio 323,
etc. Being the reversionary interest in and annual ground
rent of $60. 00 issuing out of No. 503 South Forty-fifth Street,
Baltimore County, Maryland.

3. To the following bequests contained in the Last Will
and testament and Codicil of Arthur H. Jackson, late of the
City of Baltimore, State of Maryland, and of record in the
office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City in Wills Liber
J. H. B. No. 184, folio 510, etc.

(a) To the Vestry of St. John's Church, Huntingdon, Bal-
timore County, the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1, 000. 00).

(b) To the Vestry of St. John's Church, Huntingdon, Bal-
timore County, the sum of Three Hundred Dollars ($300. 00).

4. To the gifts, devises and bequests contained in the Last
Will and Testament of Ella F. Reilly, late of Baltimore City,
