(4) To the Maryland Training School for Colored Girls for
the construction and equipment of a new Administration
Building One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100, 000. 00), all
from the issue of August 15, 1937.

(5) To the Military Department for the completion of con-
struction at the Fifth Regiment Armory and for construction,
repairs, alterations and additions to armories throughout the
State, and the purchase of ground, construction of roads, re-
pairs, equipment and general improvements at the State
Reservation, Cascade, Washington County, One Hundred
Thousand Dollars ($100, 000. 00); Fifty Thousand Dollars
($50, 000. 00) of which shall be from the issue of August 15,
1937; Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25, 000. 00) of which
shall be from the issue of February 15, 1938, and Twenty-Five
Thousand Dollars ($25, 000. 00) of which shall be from the
issue of August 15, 1938.

(6) To the Springfield State Hospital for the construction
and equipment of a building or buildings for the accommoda-
tion of Tubercular Mental Cases One Hundred Fifty-Five
Thousand Dollars ($155, 000. 00); for the improvement of
Mechanical equipment Thirty-Five Thousand Dollars ($35, -
000. 00), aggregating One Hundred Ninety Thousand Dollars
(1190, 000. 00), of which Thirty-Five Thousand Dollars ($35, -
000. 00) shall be from the issue of August 15, 1937, Fifty-Five
Thousand Dollars ($55, 000. 00) shall be from the issue of Feb-
ruary 15, 1938, and One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100, -
000. 00) shall be from the issue of August 15, 1938.

(7) To the Spring Grove State Hospital for the construction
and equipment of dining room and kitchen building Twenty-
Five Thousand Dollars ($25, 000. 00), for a new water line Ten
Thousand Dollars ($10, 000. 00), aggregating Thirty-Five Thou-
sand Dollars ($35, 000. 00), all from the issue of August 15,
1937.

(8) To the Crownsville State Hospital for the construction
and equipment of a building or buildings for the feeble-minded
and for occupational therapy One Hundred Twenty-Five Thou-
sand Dollars ($125, 000. 00), of which Fifty Thousand Dollars
($50, 000. 00) shall be from the issue of August 15, 1937, and
Seventy-Five Thousand Dollars ($75, 000. 00) shall be from
the issue of February 15, 1938, and One Hundred Thousand
Dollars ($100, 000. 00 j for the Eastern Shore State Hospital
for the construction of a building for mental patients from the
issue of August 15, 1938.
