ting the issue of Six Hundred Thousand Dollars ($600, 000. 00)
of February 15, 1938, and the issue of Six Hundred Thousand
Dollars ($600, 000. 00) of February 15, 1939, respectively.
SEC. 7. And be it further enacted, That the actual cash
proceeds of the sale of the Certificates of Indebtedness to be
issued under this Act other than the Certificates of Indebted-
ness to be issued and delivered to the Teachers' Retirement
System of Maryland as set forth in Section 6 of this Act, shall
be paid to the Treasurer of the State upon the warrant of the
Comptroller, and such proceeds shall be used exclusively for
the following purposes, to wit:
The Comptroller shall immediately upon the sale of and
payment for said bonds or Certificates of Indebtedness, first
return to and credit the Treasury for a sum equivalent to the
amount expended, as provided for by Section 5 of this Act;
the remainder of the proceeds of said loan shall be credited on
the books of the State Treasury Department in the amounts
hereinafter specified, to the credit of the accounts, institutions
and departments hereinafter named, and shall be used, ex-
pended and applied for the following purposes:
(1) To the Bowie Normal School for the construction of a
sewerage system Four Thousand, Two Hundred Dollars
($4, 200. 00); for the construction of a water tank and system
for fire prevention, Four Thousand, Eight Hundred Dollars
($4, 800. 00); for the construction and equipment of a girls'
dormitory, Sixty-Nine Thousand Dollars ($69, 000. 00); for the
construction and equipment of a Dining Room, Kitchen and
Cafeteria, Thirty-Eight Thousand Dollars ($38, 000. 00); for
construction, alteration and equipment of additional boys'
dormitory space, Ten Thousand Dollars ($10, 000. 00); and for
the construction and equipment of an Academic wing to the
Administration Building Thirty-Six Thousand Dollars ($36, -
000. 00), aggregating One Hundred Sixty-Two Thousand Dol-
lars ($162, 000. 00); Seventy-Eight Thousand Dollars ($78, -
000. 00) of which shall be from the issue of August 15, 1937,
Forty-Eight Thousand Dollars ($48, 000. 00) of which shall be
from the issue of February 1", 1938, and Thirty-Six Thousand
Dollars ($36, 000. 00) of which shall be from the issue of August
15, 1938.
(2) To the Maryland Training School for Boys for the con-
struction of an improved water supply Twenty-five Thousand
Dollars ($25, 000. 00), all from the issue of August 15, 1937.
(3) To the Montrose School for Girls for an improved water
supply Ten Thousand Dollars ($10, 000. 00) and for the con-
struction and equipment of a gymnasium Twenty-Five Thou-
sand Dollars ($25, 000. 00), aggregating Thirty-Five Thousand
Dollars ($35, 000. 00); Ten Thousand Dollars ($10, 000. 00) of
