the bonds are not sold, to be used and expended in the discre-
tion of, and under the supervision and direction of the Com-
missioners composing the "School Building Commission of
Secretary", for enlarging, remodeling, improving and equipping
the Secretary School for white children, or to build and equip
a new Secretary school, in their discretion.

(f) Any part thereof, but not exceeding Thirteen Thousand
Four Hundred and Seventy-five Dollars ($13, 475. 00), or the
proportionate part thereof if all the bonds are not sold, to be
used and expended in the discretion of, and under the super-
vision and direction of the Commissioners composing the
"School Building Commission for Schools for White and Col-
ored Children in Dorchester County", for improving and
equipping the Eldorado school for white children, and for im-
proving and equipping the Hudson school for white children,
and for enlarging and equipping the Crapo High School for
white children, and for improving and equipping the Hoopers
Island High School for white children, and to erect and equip
a new school for colored children at Reids Grove, consisting
of one room, and to purchase a site therefor, if necessary, if
said site is purchased it is to be done subject to the approval
of the State Superintendent of Schools, as aforesaid, and for
improving various schools in Dorchester County for children,
in such proportionate amounts as to said Commission may
seem wise and expedient.

The aforegoing amounts allotted to the respective School
Building Commissions out of the money arising from the sale
of the said bonds to be in addition to any fund or funds which
may be received by way of grant from the United States Gov-
ernment.

The remainder from the sale of said bonds, in the sum of
Two Thousand Three Hundred Twenty-five Dollars ($2325. 00)
to be expended by The County Commissioners of Dorchester
County, Maryland, in their discretion, for such item or items
relative to this school program as in their opinion is necessary.

And for the above purposes the said Commissions are re-
spectively clothed with full authority to contract for, super-
vise, direct, and control such work in such manner as in its
discretion it may deem to the best public interest for its re-
spective school or schools, and full power is hereby given to
the respective Commissions to employ and pay over from
such fund all architects, builders, or other persons, supervisors
or agents, as may in the judgment of the said respective Com-
missions be and seem advisable, not exceeding their respective
allocations by issuing orders, vouchers, or warrants therefor
to the Treasurer of Dorchester County and against the said
funds credited to the said "Dorchester County School Bonds of
1937" fund. The said orders, vouchers, or warrants are to be
