88. FREDERICK COUNTY. In Frederick County not-
withstanding any other provision of this sub-title, the privi-
lege conferred by every class of "on sale" license may be exer-
cised during the hours from 6 o'clock A. M. to 12 o'clock mid-
night, except on Sundays, when the hours shall be from 1
o'clock P. M. to 12 o'clock midnight. Provided, however, that
nothing in this section shall apply to holders of Class E
licenses.
89. HARFORD COUNTY. In Harford County, notwith-
standing any other provision of this sub-title, licensees under
this Article shall only sell, offer for sale, or dispense the
beverages defined in this Article, between the hours of 7 o'clock
A. M. and 12 o'clock midnight on week days and shall not sell
such beverages during any other hours or at any time on Sun-
days. Nor shall said licensee conduct nor permit dancing on
Sundays. No beer or light wine shall be permitted to be drunk
on the premises of a licensee after fifteen (15) minutes follow-
ing the closing hours prescribed in this section.
90. HOWARD COUNTY. In Howard County, notwith-
standing any other provision of this sub-title, the opening
hour on Sunday in the Fourth District thereof shall be 1
o'clock P. M. for the holder of a Class D Beer License (On
Sale—Generally), and for the sale of beer by the holder of a
Class D Beer, Wine and Liquor License (On Sale—Taverns).
No sale of wine or liquor shall be made in Howard County
between the hours of 12 o'clock midnight on Saturday and 6
A. M. the following Monday.
91. KENT COUNTY. In Kent County, notwithstanding any
other provision of this sub-title, it shall be unlawful for any
person to sell or for any retail dealer to give alcoholic bever-
ages between the hours of midnight on Saturday and 6 A. M.
on Monday. Any person selling or any retail dealer giving
alcoholic beverages in Kent County between the hours of mid-
night on Saturday and 6 A. M. on Monday shall be guilty of a
misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not
exceeding fifty dollars ($50.00) for the first offense, and for
each succeeding offense shall be fined not exceeding one hun-
dred dollars ($100.00) or imprisoned in the County Jail for
not more than thirty (30) days or be both fined and im-
prisoned, in the discretion of the court.
92. MONTGOMERY COUNTY. In Montgomery County,
notwithstanding any other provision of this sub-title, (a) a
