holder of an alcoholic beverage license shall not sell any alco-
holic beverages between the hours of 12 : 01 o'clock A. M. and
12 o'clock noon on Sunday, except holders of Class B and
Class C, Beer, Wine and Liquor licenses, as hereinafter pro-
vided.

(b) The privileges conferred by a Class C, Beer, Wine and
Liquor license (On Sale—Generally) may be exercised from
6 o'clock A. M. to 2 o'clock A. M. on the day following, except
that no sale shall be made on Sunday between the hours of
2 o'clock A. M. and 11 o'clock A. M.

(c) The privileges conferred by a Class B, Beer, Wine and
Liquor License (On Sale—Generally) may be exercised from
6 o'clock A. M. to 12 o'clock midnight on every day, except
that no sale shall be made on Sunday prior to 11 o'clock A. M.

93. PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY. In Prince George's
County, notwithstanding any other provision of this sub-title,
(a) No holder of any retail alcoholic beverage license shall
be permitted to sell any alcoholic beverages or permit any
alcoholic beverages to be consumed on the licensed premises
between the hours of 2:00 A, M. and 6:00 A. M. and no holder
of any retail alcoholic beverage license shall be permitted to
sell any alcoholic beverage or permit any alcoholic beverage
to be consumed on the licensed premises between the hours of
12:00 midnight on Saturday and 6:00 A. M. the following
Monday, except that holders of any "On Sale" retail alcoholic
beverage licenses may sell beer and light wine on Sunday be-
tween the hours of 8:00 A. M. and 12:00 midnight, and no
holder of a Class A Beer, Wine and Liquor License shall be
permitted to make any sale between the hours of midnight
and 6:00 A. M., or on Sunday.

(b) The holder of a Class B Beer, Wine and Liquor License
(On Sale—Hotels and Restaurants) shall not be permitted to
sell on Sunday any alcoholic beverages containing more than
fourteen per centum of alcohol by volume.

94. ST. MARY'S COUNTY. In St. Mary's County, notwith-
standing any other provision of this sub-title, it shall be unlaw-
ful for any licensee under this Article to sell liquors on the
Sabbath Day, commonly called Sunday, nor shall any liquors
be sold by any licensee between the hours of 12 midnight and
6 o'clock A. M. But this section shall not prevent the sale of
any wine, beer or other spirituous or fermented beverages con-
taining less than 8% alcohol by volume, on any day or at
any time.
