which the annual license fee shall be one thousand dollars
($1,000.00).

(d) CALVERT COUNTY. In Calvert County such licenses may
be issued in the towns of North Beach and Chesapeake Beach,
and the annual license fee for each such license shall be Six
Hundred Dollars ($600.00).

(e) CECIL COUNTY. In Cecil County the annual fee for such
a license shall be five hundred and twenty-five dollars ($525.00).

(f) MONTGOMERY COUNTY. In Montgomery County such a
license shall be issued by the Clerk, upon the advice and ap-
proval of the Liquor Control Board, only to the owner of any
restaurant which is located in the Fourth, Eighth or Tenth
Election Districts of said county and which was doing busi-
ness in 1932, and which had a seating capacity of thirty chairs
and capital investment of thirty thousand dollars or more in
1932, for consumption on the premises.

(g) PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY. In Prince George's County
(1) the annual fee for such a license shall be five hundred
dollars ($500.00) ; (2) such a license may be issued to any
Agricultural Association, or Agricultural Fair Association
where restaurant facilities are available or to the duly author-
ized concessionaires of any such association for a limited period
of time upon payment of a license fee of five dollars ($5.00)
per day for the period of such license.

(h) WASHINGTON COUNTY. In Washington County the an-
nual fee for such a license shall be five hundred dollars
($500.00).

(i) APPLICABILITY. Such licenses shall only be issued in
Baltimore City, Allegany County, Anne Arundel County, Balti-
more County, the towns of North Beach and Chesapeake Beach
in Calvert County, and in Cecil, Montgomery, Prince George's
and Washington Counties.

(j) "On Sale" Beer, Wine and Liquor License Within the
Town of Ocean City. Bona fide hotels having twenty (20) or
more rooms, regularly serving meals, or restaurants as such
restaurants are by ordinance defined by the Mayor and City
Council of Ocean City, upon compliance with the general pro-
visions and regulations of this Article, and upon payment of
an annual license fee as hereinafter provided shall, with the
approval of the Mayor and City Council of Ocean City, be
entitled to a license entitling such hotel or restaurant to serve
liquors, wines and beers within the corporate limits of said
Town of Ocean City between the hours of 7.00 A.M. and 11.00
P.M. and provided, however, that no alcoholic beverages may be
