sold as provided under this sub-title on the first day of the
week, commonly called Sunday; and provided further, that no
sale shall be made nor any liquors served at bars or counters,
and that such licensees shall purchase all liquors and wines
from the Liquor Control Board of said County. The Mayor
and City Council of Ocean City shall by ordinance prescribe
uniform license fees for such licenses of not less than Five
Hundred Dollars ($500.00) and no more than Five Thousand
Dollars ($5,000.00) ; and provided further, that, in addition
to the license fees required hereunder, such licensee shall file
a bond with corporate surety in the amount of One Thousand
Dollars ($1,000.00) with the Clerk of Court conditioned for
faithful performance of the regulations prescribed herein. The
Clerk of the Circuit Court for said County shall 'remit the
license fees collected by him hereunder to the municipality in
which the licensee is located after deducting a fee of One
Dollar ($1.00) for each license issued by him, in lieu of com-
mission.

18. BEER, WINE AND LIQUOR LICENSE, CLASS C
(ON SALE)—CLUBS, (a) GENERAL PROVISIONS. A Class C
beer, wine and liquor license shall be issued by the Clerk of
the Circuit Court of the County in which the place of business
is located, or by the Clerk of the Court of Common Pleas for
Baltimore City, if the place of business is located in said City,
and shall authorize the holder thereof to keep for sale and sell
all alcoholic beverages at retail at any club, at the place therein
described, for consumption on the premises only. The annual
fee for such a license shall be two hundred and fifty dollars
($250.00), and shall be payable to such Clerk, before any such
license is issued, for distribution as hereinafter provided.

(b) ALLEGANY COUNTY. In Allegany County such beverages
may be sold for consumption on the premises or elsewhere,
and the annual fee for such a license shall be three hundred
dollars ($300.00).

(c) ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY. In Anne Arundel County such
a license shall be known as Class LC, on sale, clubs, and the
annual license fee therefor shall be three hundred dollars

($300.00).

(d) CALVERT COUNTY. In Calvert County such licenses may
be issued only for premises within the towns of North Beach
and Chesapeake Beach and the annual license fee for such
license shall be three hundred and fifty dollars ($350.00).

(e) CECIL COUNTY. In Cecil County the annual fee for such
a license shall be one hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00). Any
incorporated club of Cecil County, having been incorporated
