located, or by the Clerk of the Court of Common Pleas of Balti-
more City, if the place of business is located in said city, and
shall authorize the holder thereof to keep for sale and to sell
all alcoholic beverages at retail, in any quantity, at the place
therein described, and to deliver the same in a sealed package
or container which package or container shall not be opened
nor its contents consumed on the premises where sold. The
annual fee for such a license shall be five hundred dollars
($500.00), except as otherwise provided in this section, and in
all cases the fee shall be payable to said Clerk before any such
license is issued, for distribution as hereinafter provided.

(b) DRUG STORES. No such license shall be issued for any
drug store unless the applicant has been doing business at the
location applied for, for at least one year prior to the date of
the application for such a license, or unless the applicant is the
assignee of a business established for said length of time at
the location applied for, or unless the applicant has been
actually engaged in the retail drug business for a period of
not less than three years.

(c) ALLEGANY COUNTY. In Allegany County the annual
license fee shall be Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), and the
said package or container shall not be opened nor its contents
consumed on any premises in which the licensee shall have
any direct or indirect interest.

(d) ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY. In Anne Arundel County such
a license shall be known as Class LP, off sale, package goods
only, and the annual license fee shall be three hundred dollars

($300.00).

(e) CALVERT COUNTY. In Calvert County the license fee
shall be Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250.00) annually.

(f) CARROLL COUNTY. In Carroll County no such license
shall be issued for any place of business in any election district
other than Districts No. 8 (Myers), No. 4 (Wooley's), No. 6
(Manchester), No. 7 (Westminster), and No. 12 (Union
Bridge).

(g) CECIL COUNTY. In Cecil County the license fee shall be
three hundred and seventy-five dollars ($375.00) annually, and
no such license shall be issued in that county except to retail
druggists and grocers who have conducted such business at
least one year prior to application for such license.

(h) FREDERICK COUNTY. In Frederick County the annual
fee for such a license shall be Two Hundred and Fifty
Dollars ($250).
