sell beer and light wines at retail, at the place therein de-
scribed, for consumption on the premises 'or elsewhere, but no
such license shall be issued for any drug store. The annual
fee for such a license shall be sixty dollars ($60.00), and shall
be payable to said Clerk, before any such license is issued, for
distribution as hereinafter provided.
(b) ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY. In Anne Arundel County such
licenses shall be of two types, as follows:
(1) Class WT, on sale, taverns without music, dancing or
other similar entertainment, for which the annual license
fee shall be ninety dollars ($90.00).
(2) Class WTM, on sale, taverns with music, but without
dancing or other similar entertainment, for which the annual
license fee shall be one hundred and fifteen dollars ($115.00).
(b-1) BALTIMORE COUNTY. In Baltimore County the annual
fee for such a license shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00).
(e) CECIL COUNTY. In Cecil County the annual license fee
for such license shall be ninety dollars ($90.00).
(c-1) WASHINGTON COUNTY. In Washington County, the
annual fee for such a license shall be Seventy-five Dollars
(175.00).
(d) EXCEPTIONS. This section shall not apply to the City
of Annapolis nor to Allegany, Calvert, Caroline, Charles,
Dorchester, Frederick, Garrett, Harford, Howard, Kent,
Queen Anne's, St. Mary's, Somerset, and Talbot counties,
in all of which jurisdictions such licenses shall not be issued.
15. BEER AND LIGHT WINE LICENSE, CLASS F (ON
SALE)—RAILROADS. A Class F beer and light wine license
shall be issued by the Comptroller and shall authorize the
owner or operator of any steam or electric railway or club,
parlor, buffet, observation, sleeping or dining cars upon the
lines of any steam or electric railway in this State, to keep for
sale and to sell beer and light wines upon any of such cars, for
consumption upon such cars, and every such license shall be
good throughout the State. The annual fee for such license shall
be sixty dollars ($60.00), and shall be payable to the Comp-
troller for the use of the State before any such license is issued.
BEER, WINE AND LIQUOR LICENSES
16. BEER, WINE AND LIQUOR LICENSE, CLASS A
(OFF SALE), (a) GENERAL PROVISIONS. A Class A beer,
wine and liquor license shall be issued by the Clerk of the
Circuit Court of the County in which the place of business is
