(e) WICOMICO COUNTY. In Wicomico County the annual
license fee for such license shall be fifty dollars ($50.00).
(f) EXCEPTIONS. This section shall not apply to Calvert, Car-
oline. Charles, Dorchester, Garrett, Howard, Kent, Queen
Anne's, St. Mary's, Somerset and Talbot counties, in all of
which jurisdictions guch licenses shall not be issued.
13. BEER AND LIGHT WINE LICENSE, CLASS C (ON
SALE)—CLUBS, (a) GENERAL PROVISIONS. A Class C beer
and light wine license shall be issued by the Clerk of the Cir-
cuit Court of the County in which the place of business is
located, or by the Clerk of the Court of Common Pleas of Balti-
more City, if the place of business is located in said City, and
shall authorize the holder thereof to keep for sale and sell beer
and light wines, at retail, to bona fide members and their
guests, at any club, at the place therein described, for con-
sumption on the premises only. The annual fee for such a
license shall be thirty-five dollars ($35.00) and shall be payable
to said Clerk, before any such license is issued, for distribution
as hereinafter provided.
(b) ALLEGANY COUNTY. In Allegany County the annual fee
for such a license shall be Seventy Dollars ($70.00). Beer and
light wines may be sold for consumption from the premises or
elsewhere.
(e) ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY. In Anne Arundel County such
a license shall be known as Class WC, on sale, clubs, and the
annual license fee therefor shall be seventy-five dollars ($75.00).
(c-1) HARFORD COUNTY. In Harford County the annual
fee for such a license shall be One Hundred and Fifty Dollars
($150.00), and licenses shall be issued by the Liquor Control
Board of said county.
(c-2) WASHINGTON COUNTY. In Washington County the
annual fee for such a license shall be Fifty Dollars ($50.00).
(d) EXCEPTIONS. This section shall not apply to Calvert,
Caroline, Charles, Dorchester, Garrett, Howard, Kent, Queen
Anne's, St. Mary's, Somerset and Talbot counties, in all of
which jurisdictions such licenses shall not be issued.
14. BEER AND LIGHT WINE LICENSE, CLASS D (ON
SALE)—GENERALLY, (a) GENERAL PROVISIONS. A Class
D beer and light wine license shall be issued by the Clerk of
the Circuit Court of the County in which the place of business
is located, or by the Clerk of the Court of Common Pleas of
Baltimore City, if the place of business is located in said City,
and shall authorize the holder thereof to keep for sale and to
