(e) MONTGOMERY COUNTY. In Montgomery County the use
of the word "wine" shall not prohibit the sale and delivery
under this license of wines properly labeled, . respectively,
"Light Port," "Light Sherry," "Port," "Sherry," "Angelica,"
"Madeira," and "Muscatel," as defined by the Federal Alcohol
Administration.

(f) EXCEPTIONS. This section shall not apply to the City
of Annapolis nor to Calvert, Caroline, Charles, Dorchester,
Garrett, Howard, Kent, Queen Anne's, St. Mary's, Somerset,
and Talbot counties, in all of which jurisdictions such li-
censes shall not be issued.

12. BEER AND LIGHT WINE LICENSE, CLASS B (ON
SALE)—HOTELS AND RESTAURANTS, (a) GENERAL
PROVISIONS. A Class B beer and light wine license shall be
issued by the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the County in which
the place of business is located, or by the Clerk of the Court of
Common Pleas of Baltimore City, if the place of business is
located in said City, and shall authorize the holder thereof to
keep for sale and sell beer and light wines at retail at any
hotel or restaurant, at the place therein described, for con-
sumption on the premises or elsewhere. The annual fee for
such a license shall be sixty dollars ($60.00), and shall be pay-
able to said Clerk, before any such license is issued, for dis-
tribution as herein provided.

(b) ALLEGANY COUNTY. In Allegany County the annual fee
for such a license shall be One Hundred and Twenty Dollars

($120.00).

(c) ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY. In Anne Arundel County,
outside the City of Annapolis, such license shall be known as
Class WE, on sale generally, restaurants, with music, dancing
or other legal entertainment, for which the annual fee shall
be One Hundred and Sixty-five Dollars ($165.00).

(c-1) BALTIMORE COUNTY. In Baltimore County the an-
nual license fee shall be One Hundred Dollars ($100.00),

(d) CECIL COUNTY. In Cecil County the annual license fee
shall be ninety dollars ($90.00).

(d-1) HARFORD COUNTY. In Harford County the annual
license fee shall be One Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($150.00),
and licenses sliaJl be issued by the Liquor Control Board of
Harford County.

(d-2) WASHINGTON COUNTY. In Washington County the
annual license fee shall be Seventy-five Dollars ($75.00).
