(bb) CALVERT COUNTY. In Calvert County the annual
license fee for such a license shall be One Hundred Dollars
($100.00).

(b-2) a. CAROLINE COUNTY. In Caroline County the fee
for such a license shall be One Hundred Dollars ($100.00).

(c) CECIL COUNTY. In Cecil County the annual fee for such
a license shall be seventy-five dollars ($75.00).

(cc) TALBOT COUNTY. In Talbot County the annual fee for
such a license shall be Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars
($250.00).

(d) EXCEPTIONS. This section shall not apply to Baltimore
City, nor to Baltimore, Charles, Garrett, Harford, Howard
and St. Mary's counties, in all of which jurisdictions such
licenses shall not be issued.

8. BEER LICENSE, CLASS C (ON SALE)—CLUBS.
(a) GENERAL PROVISIONS. A Class C beer license shall be
issued by the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the County in which
the place of business is located, and shall authorize the holder
thereof to keep for sale and sell beer at retail to bona fide mem-
bers and their guests, at any club, at the place therein de-
scribed, for consumption on the premises only. The annual
fee for such a license shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00),
and shall be payable to said Clerk, before any such license is
issued, for distribution as hereinafter provided.

(b) ALLEGANY COUNTY. In Allegany County the annual
fee for such a license shall be Fifty Dollars ($50.00). Beer
sold under such a license may be consumed on the premises
or elsewhere.

(c) ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY. In Anne Arundel County such
a license shall be known as Class BC, and the annual license
fee shall be sixty dollars ($60.00).

(cc) CALVERT COUNTY. In Calvert County the annual fee
for such a license shall be Fifty Dollars ($50.00).

(c-1) QUEEN ANNE'S COUNTY. In Queen Anne's County
the annual fee for such a license shall be Fifty Dollars

($50.00).

(d) EXCEPTIONS. This section shall not apply to Baltimore
City, nor to Baltimore, Caroline, Charles, Garrett, Harford,
Howard, Kent, St. Mary's and Somerset counties, in all
of which jurisdictions such licenses shall not be issued.
