keep for sale and sell beer at retail, in any quantity to any
consumers at the place therein described, and to deliver the
same in a sealed package or container, which package or con-
tainer shall not be opened nor its contents consumed on the
premises where sold. The annual fee for such a license shall
be twenty-five dollars ($25.00) and shall be payable to said
Clerk before any such license be issued, for distribution as
hereinafter provided.

(b) ALLEGANY COUNTY. In Allegany County the annual fee
for such a license shall be Fifty Dollars ($50.00). The pack-
age or container shall not be opened nor its contents consumed
on any premises in which the licensee shall have any direct
or indirect interest.

(c) ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY. In Anne Arundel County such
license shall be designated BP and the annual fee therefor
shall be Sixty Dollars ($60.00).

(cc) CALVERT COUNTY. In Calvert County, the annual li-
cense fee for such license shall be Fifty Dollars ($50.00).

(d) CECIL COUNTY. In Cecil County the annual license fee
for such license shall be forty dollars ($40.00).

(e) EXCEPTIONS. This section shall not apply to Baltimore
City, nor to Baltimore, Charles, Garrett, Harford, Howard,
and St. Mary's counties, in all of which jurisdictions such
licenses shall not he issued.

7. BEER LICENSE, CLASS B (ON SALE)—HOTELS
AND RESTAURANTS, (a) GENERAL PROVISIONS. A Class B
beer license shall be issued by the Clerk of the Circuit Court
of the County in which the place of business is located, and
shall authorize the holder thereof to keep for sale and sell beer
at retail at any hotel or restaurant at the place therein de-
scribed, for consumption on the premises or elsewhere. The
annual fee for such a license shall be fifty dollars ($50.00)
and shall be payable to said Clerk, before any such license is
issued, for distribution as hereinafter provided.

(b) ALLEGANY COUNTY. In Allegany County the annual
fee for such a license shall be One Hundred Dollars ($100.00).

(b-1) ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY. In Anne Arundel County
such license shall be known as Class BR, on sale generally,
restaurants, with music, dancing and other legal entertain-
ment; the annual license fee therefor shall be One Hundred
and Fifty Dollars ($150.00).
