138. To the grant and deed executed by William Wirt
Leonard, Fay Leonard Jackson, et al., to The Ministers and
Trustees of Bethesda Methodist Protestant Church, in Wicom-
ico County, in the State of Maryland, a body corporate of the
State of Maryland, dated May 31, 1909, and duly recorded
among the Land Records of Wicomico County, Maryland, in
Liber E.A.T., No. 65, folio 151, conveying the fee simple
property situate on the westerly side of North division
Street, in the City of Salisbury, and more particularly de-
scribed in said deed, and the confirmatory deed for said
property executed by Jean Leonard Griffith, et vir., to The
Ministers and Trustees of Bethesda Methodist Protestant
Church, in Wicomico County, in the State of Maryland, dated
August 15, 1938, and duly recorded among the Land Records
aforesaid, in Liber I.D.T., No. 210, folio 318, and also the
sanction and consent of the General Assembly of Maryland to
the holding and disposal of said property by the Ministers and
trustees of Bethesda Methodist Protestant Church, in Wi-
comico County, in the State of Maryland.

139. To bequests under the last Will and Testament of
Sarah W. North, also known as Sally W. North, filed in the
Orphans' Court of Baltimore City and admitted to probate:

la) To Home for the Aged of the Methodist Church, 2211
Rogers Avenue, Baltimore 9, Maryland.

(b) To Arlington Methodist Church, successor by merger of
Whatcoat Methodist Church, Reisterstown Road, near Wood-
land Avenue, Baltimore 15, Maryland.

140. To bequests under the Will of Samuel P. Morton, Jr.,
deceased, dated September 27, 1943, and recorded in the office
of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City in Liber 222, folio
361, covering the following bequests:

(a) Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000) to the Vestry of Christ
Protestant Episcopal Church, Baltimore, for the endowment
fund of said church;

(b) One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) to St. Thomas' Church
Baltimore, Maryland.

141. To bequests to All Hallows Parish, in Anne Arundel
County, under the Will of Mrs. Rose Alexander Howard for
the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for the mainte-
nance and upkeep of the Howard Cemetery lot in All Hallows
Cemetery, Davidsonville, Maryland, and recorded in Liber
R.G.P. No. 1, folio 460, of Anne Arundel County.
