142. To the conveyance from the Boy's School of St. Paul's
Parish to the Vestry of St. Paul's Parish in Baltimore County
of certain lots of ground by deed bearing date the 13th day of
July, 1937, recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore
City in Liber S.C.L. No. 5739, folio 296.

143. To the following bequests in the Will of Sara E. Ricou
Smith, late of Baltimore County, deceased, and now of record
in the office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore County in
Wills, Liber W.P.C. No. 40, folio 377, etc.:

(a) To St. Andrews Presbyterian Church in the City of
Baltimore, a body corporate, a legacy of One Thousand Dollars.

(b) To the Mcall Mission in France (Mission Populaire de
France), a legacy of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00).

144. To a deed from Edwards E. Elliott and Leonard G.
Brown dated the twenty-second day of January, 1947, and now
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber
M.L.P. No. 7078, folio 321, etc., conveying a lot or parcel of
land lying on the southwest side of Erdman Avenue in Balti-
more City, to St. Andrews Presbyterian Church in the City of
Baltimore, a body corporate, under the laws of the State of
Maryland.

145. To devises and bequests contained in the last Will
and Testament of Anna De Mott, deceased, late of Baltimore
City, of record in the office of the Register of Wills of said City
in Wills, Liber J.H.B. 199, folio 439, viz:

(a) Father Lannon, Assistant Pastor of St. Rose of Lima
Catholic Church, Brooklyn, Baltimore, Maryland, $100.00;

(b) Father Rembert Codd, Belmont, North Carolina,
$200.00;

(c) Sister Vincent Hunt, Syracuse, New York, $500.00;

(d) Little Sisters of the Poor, Baltimore, Maryland, $200.00;

(e) Pastor, Fourteen Holy Martyrs Roman Catholic Church,
Baltimore, Maryland, $100.00;

(f) St. James Home for Boys, Baltimore, Maryland, $500.00;

(g) St. Mary's Industrial School for Boys, Baltimore, Mary-
land, $500.00;

(h) St. Vincent Infant Asylum of the City of Baltimore,
rest and residue.
