Avenue, from John F. LeBrou, and Helen M. LeBrou, his wife,
to Trustees of Otterbein Chapel of the Church of the United
Brethren in Christ, a body corporate, dated January 6, 1942,
and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in.

137. To the grant and deed executed by Edwin F.A.
Morgan, et al, to Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Congrega-
tion Unaltered Augsburg Confession of Baltimore City,
Maryland, dated July 23, 1945, and duly recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber M.L.P., No. 6786,
folio 177, conveying the fee simple property located at the
corner formed by the intersection of the southeast side of
Loch Raven Road and the northeast side of Belvedere Avenue,
in Baltimore City, and more particularly described in said
deed; and also the sanction and consent of the General As-
sembly of Maryland to the holding and disposal of said prop
