127. To deed from Perry Boswell and wife, to First
Baptist Church of Hyattsville, dated August 12, 1946, and
recorded July 27, 1946, among said Land Records, Part Lot
4, "Ellaville" Hyattsville, Maryland.

128. To all that tract of ground lying on the nortwest side
of Edmondson Avenue at the intersection of the northwest side
of Edmondson Avenue with the southwest side of Meridale
Road and binding on the northwest side of Edmondson Avenue
186.6 feet, being the same lot of ground described in a deed
dated September 30, 1946, by and between Helen C. Wells
and Christ Evangelical Lutheran Congregation of Baltimore
City, a Maryland Corporation, said deed being recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber R.J.S., No. 1508,
folio 223.

129. To the deed of conveyance from Vestry of Silver
Spring Parish in Montgomery County, a Maryland Corpora-
tion, to Vestry of Christ Church Parish of Maryland, dated
April 22, 1914, and recorded among the Land Records of
Montgomery County, Maryland, on June 5, 1914, in Liber 242,
at folio 301, conveying a parcel of land in Kensington, Mary-
land, lying at the intersection of the road leading from
Knowles Station, now Kensington, to Mitchells Cross Roads,
and the road leading from Kensington to Wheaton, Maryland,
known as "Church Lot", as shown on revised plat of William
H. Wheatley's subdivision of part of "Jospeh's Park", Mont-
gomery County, Maryland.

130. To bequest of the sum of $500.00 to Board of Trus-
tees of the Second English Evangelical Lutheran Church of
Baltimore, Lombard and Greene Streets, Baltimore, Maryland,
under the Will of George Reninger, deceased, Will being
dated December 1, 1941, and probated January 28, 1947, in
the office of the Register of Wills for Baltimore City.

131. To conveyance by deed of an annual ground rent of
$65.00 issuing out of leasehold property No. 1301 Montford
Avenue, from Raymond H. Plack and Doris E. Plack, his
wife, to Trustee of Otterbein Chapel of the Church of the
United Brethren in Christ, a body corporate, dated October
13, 1942, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore
City in Liber M.L.P., No. 6379, folio 10.

132. To conveyance by deed of an annual ground rent of
$65.00 issuing out of leasehold property No. 2211 E. Preston
Street, from Raymond H. Plack and Doris E. Plack, his wife,
to Trustees of Otterbein Chapel of the Church of the United
Brethren in Christ, a body corporate, dated November 1,
