folio 74, and more particularly described in said Deed; and
also the sanction and consent of the General Assembly of
Maryland to the holding and disposal of said property by the
Trustees of Essex Methodist Episcopal Church of Baltimore
County in the State of Maryland.

109. To the grant and deed executed by Ella May Kern,
widow to the Trustees of Essex Methodist Episcopal Church of
Baltimore County in the State of Maryland, dated December
28, 1945, and duly recorded among the Land Rcords of Balti-
more County on January 28, 1946, conveying the fee simple
property known and designated as Lots 15 and 16 in Block
2-C of Section A, as laid out and shown on the Plat of Essex,
which Plat is recorded among the Plat Records of Baltimore
County in Plat Book WPC No. 5, folio 76, and more particu-
larly described in said deed; and also the sanction and consent
of the General Assembly of Maryland to the holding and dis-
posal of said property by the Trustees of Essex Methodist
Episcopal Church of Baltimore County in the State of Mary-
land.

110. To the bequest contained in the will of Edward C.
Earl, deceased, on record in the office of the Register of Wills
of Prince George's County, Maryland in Will Record, Liber
WEC number 1 at folio 474 to the University of Illinois of
Urbana, Illinois.

111. To the Deed to the Trustees of the Riverdale Presby-
terian Church of Riverdale, Maryland, a body corporate, from
Robert E. Cray and wife, dated January 3, 1947, and recorded
among the Land Records of Prince George's County, Maryland
on January 7, 1947, conveying Lot Twelve (12) in Block Nine
(9), Section Two (2), in the Sub-division known as University
Park, said County and State.

112. To the Deed to the Trustees of the Riverdale Presby-
terian Church of Riverdale, Maryland, a body corporate, from
G. Edward Lanhardt and wife, dated December 31, 1946, and
recorded among the Land Records of Prince George's County,
Maryland, on January 7, 1947, conveying Lot Eighteen, Block
Nine (9), Section Two (2), in the subdivision known as Uni-
versity Park, said County and State.

113. To the Deed to the Trustees of the Riverdale Presby-
terian Church of Riverdale, a body corporate, of Riverdale,
Maryland, from Maime G. L. Keir and husband, dated Decem-
