114. To the deed to the Trustees of the Riverdale Presby-
terian Church of Riverdale, a body corporate, of Riverdale,
Maryland, from The University Park Company, Inc., dated
January 11, 1947, and recorded among the Land Records of
Prince ' George's County, Maryland, on January 17, 1947,
waiving a restriction and designating that Lots Twelve (12),
Eighteen (18) and Nineteen (19), Block Nine (9), Section Two
(2), in the subdivision known as University Park, said County
and State, may be used for church purposes.

115. To the deed to the Trustees of the Riverdale Presby-
terian Church of Riverdale, a body corporate, of Riverdale,
Maryland, from G. Sharman James and wife, dated October
29, 1946, and recorded among the Land Records of Prince
George's County, Maryland, on November 1, 1946, conveying
Lot Thirteen (13), Block Nine (9), Section Two (2), in the
subdivision known as University Park, said County and State.

116. To the deed to the Trustees of the Riverdale Presby-
terian Church of Riverdale, a body corporate, of Riverdale,
Maryland, from Olive R. C. Kline, widow, dated March 17,
1942, and recorded among the Land Records of Prince George's
County in Liber 667 at folio 213, conveying Lot 26, Block 6,
Section 1, in the subdivision known as University Park, said
County and State.

117. To the deed to the Trustees of the Riverdale Presby-
terian Church of Riverdale, a body corporate, of Riverdale,
Maryland, from The University Park Company, Inc., dated
November 14, 1939, and recorded among the Land Records of
Prince George's County in Liber 544, at folio 469, conveying
Lots 27, 28 and 29, in Block 6, Section 1, in the subdivision
known as University Park, said County and State.

118. That leave and sanction be and in the same is hereby
granted to the Trustees of the Riverdale Presbyterian Church,
a body corporate, of Riverdale, Maryland, to acquire a fee
simple title to the Lots 14, 15, 16 and 17, Block 9, Section 2,
in the subdivision known as University Park, said County and
State, from the Mayor and Common Council, of University
Park, a municipal corporation, said County and State.
