Baptist Church of Baltimore City, Incorporated, dated Sep-
tember 17, 1946, and duly recorded among the Land Records
of Baltimore City on November 1, 1946, conveying the fee
simple properties on the north side of Pairmount Avenue, the
improvements thereon being known as Nos. 1048 and 1056 W.
Fairmount Avenue, in Baltimore City, and more particularly
described in said Deed; and also the sanction and consent of
the General Assembly of Maryland to the holding and disposal
of said property by the Trustees of the Morning Star Baptist
Church of Baltimore City, Incorporated.

106. To the grant and deed executed by Ida M. Aldridge,
widow, to St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church of Balti-
more City, dated June 17, 1946, and duly recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore City on June 22, 1946, conveying
the fee simple property known as No. 3005 Baker Street, in
Baltimore City, and more particularly described in said deed;
and also the sanction and consent of the General Assembly of
Maryland to the holding and disposal of said property by St.
Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church of Baltimore City.

107. To the grant and deed executed by Hazel C. Langrall,
et al., Trustees, to the Spiritual Assembly of the Baha'is of
Baltimore, Inc., a body corporate, dated September 19, 1945,
and duly recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City
on December 3, 1945, conveying an annual ground rent and
reversion of |60.00 issuing and payable out of property No.
3214 E. Baltimore Street, and fee simple title to three lots of
ground together with the improvements situate on the south
side of Gwynn Oak Avenue and known and designated as Lots
Nos. 8, 9 and 10, Section N, as shown on the plat of Howard
Park, which said plat is recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore County in Plat Book J. W. S. No. 1, folio 312; and
to the devise and bequest of the aforesaid properties unto the
Bahia's Spiritual Assembly of Baltimore, by the last Will and
Testament of Feides K. Amberg, duly probated and now of
record in the office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City
in Wills, Liber J. H. B. No. 207, folio 148; and also the sanction
and consent of the General Assembly of Maryland to the hold-
ing and disposal of said properties by The Spiritual Assembly
of the Bahia's of Baltimore, Inc.

108. To the grant and deed executed by John O. Hamilton
and wife to the Trustees of Essex Methodist Episcopal Church
of Baltimore County in the State of Maryland, dated June 12,
1945 and duly recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore
County on June 14, 1945, conveying the fee simple property
known and designated as Lot No. 1, Block A, Section E, as
