101. To the grant and deed executed by Edmund J. McGraw,
widower, to the Methodist Preachers' Aid Society of Baltimore,
dated December 7, 1939, and duly recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore County in Liber C. W. B., Jr., No. 1081,
folio 386, conveying the reversion and annual ground rent of
$90.00 issuing and payable out of property known as Lot No.
11 as shown on the plat of a Part of Armagh, in Baltimore
County, and more particularly described in said deed; and also
the sanction and consent of the General Assembly of Maryland
to the holding and disposal of said property by the Methodist
Preachers' Aid Society of Baltimore.

102. To the grant and deed executed by Edwin Herman
Nordmann and wife to the vestry of All Saints Church of the
City of Baltimore, dated October 26, 1946, and duly recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City on December 17,
1946, conveying the reversion and annual ground rent of |75.00
issuing and payable out of property No. 1932 W. Fayette
Street, in Baltimore City, and more particularly described in
said deed; and also the sanction and consent of the General
Assembly of Maryland to the holding and disposal of said
property by the Vestry of All Saints Church of the City of
Baltimore.

103. To the grant and assignment executed by Esther N.
Eaton to St. Luke's Evangelical Lutheran Congregation of
Baltimore, Maryland, dated January 15, 1946, and duly re-
corded among the Land Records of Baltimore City on January
18, 1946, conveying the leasehold interest in and to property
No. 7011 Harford Road, in Baltimore City, and more par-
ticularly described in said assignment; and also the sanction
and consent of the General Assembly of Maryland to the hold-
ing and disposal of said property by the St. Luke's Evangelical
Lutheran Congregation of Baltimore, Maryland.

104. To the grant and assignment executed by Beulah Bruehl,
unmarried, to the Trustees of the Trinity Assembly of God of
Baltimore City, dated June 7, 1946, and duly recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore City on June 10, 1946, convey-
ing the leasehold interest in and to property No. 3505 Gibbons
Avenue, in Baltimore City, and more particularly described in
said assignment; and also the sanction and consent of the
General Assembly of Maryland to the holding and disposal of
said property by the Trustees of the Trinity Assembly of God
of Baltimore City.

105. To the grant and deed executed by George Helfrich &
Sons, Incorporated, et al., to the Trustees of the Morning Star
