from said tax shall be payable by the County Treasurer
upon proper vouchers submitted by the Trustees of the Silver
Spring Public Library Association; provided, however, that
the said Trustees of the Silver Spring Public Library Asso-
ciation shall employ a trained librarian to have charge of
said library, and the proceeds of said tax shall be used for
carrying out the provisions enumerated in (1), (2) and (3)
above.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1947.

CHAPTER 66.
(House Bill 128)

. AN ACT to repeal Sections 58 to 74, inclusive, of the Prince
George's County Code (1943 Edition), being Article 17 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Prince
George's County", sub-title "Boulevard Heights".

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 58 to 74, inclusive, of the Prince George's
County Code (1943 Edition), being Article 17 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Prince George's Coun-
ty", sub-title "Boulevard Heights", be and they are hereby
repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1947.

CHAPTER 67.
(House Bill 129)

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 27 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Crimes and Punish-
ments", sub-title "Bribery", said new section to be known
as Section 28A, to follow immediately after Section 28 of
said Article, making it a misdemeanor for athletes to accept
