Huntingdon, Baltimore County.

90. To acquisition of ground rent or reversion of $90.00
issuing and payable out of 3223 Presstman Street, as de-
scribed in a deed dated April 26, 1944, and recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber M.L.P. No. 6588,
folio 29, was granted and conveyed by John G. Schlipp, Trus-
tee, unto the Vestry of St. John's Church, Huntingdon, Bal-
timore County.

91. To acquisition of ground rent or reversion of $120.00
issuing and pabable out of 5101 Woolverton Avenue, which
by Item 5 of the last Will and Testament of Mary Leona
Ratcliffe, which "Will" is on record in the office of the Reg-
ister of Wills of Baltimore City in "Wills", Liber J.H.B. 196,
folio 555, was devised unto the Vestry of St. John's Church,
Huntingdon, Baltimore County.

92. To acquisition of ground rent or reversion of $49.00
issuing and payable out of 3709 Mt. Pleasant Avenue, as de-
scribed in a deed dated September 28th, 1943, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber M.L.P.
6509, folio 158, was granted and conveyed by John G. Schlipp,
Trustee, unto Florence V. B. Bonsall, for life, and after her
death unto the Vestry of St. John's Church, Huntingdon,
Baltimore County. The said Florence V. B. Bonsall having
died on or about the ...... day of ............... title be-
came vested solely in the said The Vestry of St. John's
Church, Huntingdon, Baltimore County.

93. Acquisition of ground rent or reversion of $49.00 issu-
ing and payable out pf 2416 Etting Street, as described in a
deed dated January 4, 1928, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City in Liber S.C.L. 4832, folio 538,
was granted and conveyed by Samuel Rosenthal, unmarried,
to the Vestry of St. John's Church, Huntingdon, Baltimore
County.

94. To acquisition of ground rent or reversion of $120.00
issuing and payable out of 506 Stevenson Lane, as described
in a deed dated July 25, 1941, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore County in Liber C.H.K. 1178, folio 173,
was granted and conveyed by The Penniman and Adkins
Holding Company unto the Vestry of St. John's Church,
Huntingdon, Baltimore County.

95. To acquisition of ground rent or reversion of f 78.00
