84. To sale of tract of land containing one acre, more or
less, on New Eastern Avenue, Essex, Baltimore County,
Maryland, by deed dated March 12, 1946, from the Trustees
of the Church of Christ of Baltimore County, Inc., to James
E. Matthew of Baltimore County, said deed being recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore County in Liber R.J.S.
1426, folio 470.

85. To acquisition of ground rent or reversion of $78.00
issuing and payable out of 2813 Onyx Road, as described in
a deed dated June 18th, 1941, from John E. Miller and Marion
E. Miller, his wife, to the Vestry of St. John's Church, Hunt-
ingdon, Baltimore County, said deed being recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore County in Liber C.W.B. Jr.
1165, folio 208.

86. To acquisition of ground rent or reversion of $90.00
issuing and payable out of 4908 Pembridge Avenue, as de-
scribed in deed dated December 24, 1940, and recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber M.L.P. No. 6113,
folio 287, was granted and conveyed by Harry C. King and
Lelia W. King, his wife, to the Vestry of St. John's Church,
Huntingdon, Baltimore County.

87. Acquisition of ground rent or reversion of $72.00 issu-
ing and payable out of 701 E. 30th Street, as described in a
deed dated February 6, 1925, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City in Liber S.C.L. 4336, folio 294, was
granted and conveyed by Clarence M. Griffin and Virginia B.
Griffin, his wife, unto the Vestry of St. John's Church, Hunt-
ingdon, Baltimore County.

88. To acquisition of ground rent or reversion of $90.00
issuing and payable out of 1526 Ellamont Street, as described
in a deed dated September 8, 1944, and recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore County in Liber M.L.P. 6645, folio
264, was granted and conveyed by Irma Green, unmarried,
unto the Vestry of St. John's Church, Huntingdon, Baltimore
County.

89. To acquisition of ground rent or reversion of $65.00
issuing and payable out of 810 Homestead Street, as described
in a deed dated May 10, 1945, and recorded among the Land
