Avenue, subject to an annual ground rent of $90.00, from
Valentine P. Weissert to Saint James' Evangelical Lutheran
Congregation of Baltimore City, a body corporate, dated Feb-
ruary 15, 1947, and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore City in Liber M.L.P., No. 7088, folio —; and

78. To deed of fee simple property No. 3005 Baker Street,
from Ida M. Aldridge to St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran
Church of Baltimore, a body corporate, dated June 17, 1946,
and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in
Liber M.L.P., No. 6945, folio 300.

79. To purchase of ground rent of reversion of $78.00
issuing and payable out of 5311 Plymouth Road, Baltimore,
by deed dated June 24th, 1938, from C. Albert Merritt, indi-
vidually and trading as Merritt Building Company, unmar-
ried, to the Vestry of St. John's Church Huntingdon, Balti-
more County, said deed being recorded among the Land Rec-
ords of Baltimore City in Liber M.L.P. 5834, folio 361.

80. To selling by redemption of annual ground rent or
reversion of $78.00, issuing and payable out of 5311 Plymouth
Road, Baltimore, to leasehold owners, Anna H. Schertle,
widow, by deed from the Vestry of St. John's Church, Hunt-
ingdon, Baltimore County, said deed being recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber M.L.P. 6954,
folio 438.

81. To purchase of ground rent or reversion of $89.00 issu-
ing and payable out of 2542 Cold Spring Lane, Baltimore,
from Isaac Rosenthal and wife to the Vestry of St. John's
Church, Huntingdon, Baltimore County, Maryland, said deed
being recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City
in Liber M.L.P. 5988, folio 333.

82. To sale of said ground rent or reversion by redemp-
tion of $89.00 issuing and payable out of Cold Spring Lane
by the Vestry of St. John's Church, Huntingdon, Baltimore
County, Maryland, to Henry R. Miller and Sarah Miller, his
wife, by deed dated October 27, 1946, Land Records of Balti-
more City, Liber M.L.P. 7026, folio 21.

83. To purchase of tract of land consisting of one acre of
land, more or less, on the New Eastern Avenue in Essex,
Baltimore County, Maryland, as described in a deed dated
March 14th, 1945, from Edward Leary, widower, to the Trus-
