of the Blessed Sacrament Church) ;

(b) The residuary estate to the Church of the Blessed
Sacrament, Old York Road near Arlington Avenue, Baltimore,
Maryland, (described in Item 6 in said Will, setting forth
"I give, devise and bequeath all of my Estate real, personal,
and mixed, of whatever kind and nature wheresoever situate
unto the Blessed Sacrament Church, Old York Road and Ar-
lington Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland").

72. To the bequest contained in the last Will and Testa-
ment of Mary Cranwell Trimble, late of Baltimore City, and
said Will being dated May 15, 1943, of record in the office
of the Register of Wills, "Wills", Book J.H.B. No. 216, folio
296, to Govens Methodist Episcopal Church, York Road and
McCabe Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland, the sum of Five Thou-
sand Dollars ($5,000.00) for its corporate purposes.

73. To the deed from Joseph Giacchetti, widower, to the
Trustees of the First Baptist Church of Hyattsville, Mary-
land, dated June 11, 1928, and recorded among the Land
Records of Prince George's County, Maryland, Liber No. 323,
folio 30, etc., and conveying lot numbered sixteen (16), in
block lettered "B", of Johnson & Wine's Second Addition to
Hyattsville, as per plat recorded among the Plat Records of
said County and State in Liber J.W.B., No. 2, at folio 618,
and recorded in Plat Book A, folio 20 Z.

74. To a deed dated December 26, 1944, and recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber M.L.P. No. 6732,
folio 277, from Eleanor A. Barton and Randolph Barton, Jr.,
her husband, et al., to the said Zion Baptist Church, Inc.,
covering the properties Nos. 1005, 1007, 1013, 1015, 1021,
1023, 1017 and 1019 North Dallas Street, in fee simple.

75. To a deed dated March 6, 1945, and recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber M.L.P. No. 6732,
folio 282, from Eleanor A. Lanahan and W. Wallace Lanahan,
her husband, et al., to the said Zion Baptist Church, Inc.,
covering an undivided interest in the properties Nos. 1013
and 1015 North Dallas Street, in fee simple.

76. To deed dated March 11, 1945, and recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber M.L.P. No.
6742, folio 606, from Alan P. Smith, 3rd, and Iris A. Smith,
his wife, to the said Zion Baptist Church, Inc., covering the
properties Nos. 1009 and 1011 North Dallas Street, in fee
simple.
