(b) St. Mark's Lutheran Church, contingent legacy of

23. To the following bequests contained in the last Will
and Testament of Edith C. Kaylor, deceased, taken from
"Wills", Liber 20, folio 353, of the records in the office of the
Register of Wills of Washington County:

(a) General Missions Board of the Church of the Brethren,
Elgin, Illinois, the sum of f 200.00;

(b) The German Baptist Church of Beaver Creek, Funks-
town and Long Meadows, the sum of $75.00.

24. To the following bequests contained in the last Will
and Testament of Homer W. Eakle, deceased, taken from

Register of Wills of Washington County;

(a) To the contingent bequest of a grandfather clock to the
Washington County Historical Society;

(b) To the contingent bequest of $25,000.00, in trust, for
the use of the Salem Lutheran Church of Bakersville, Wash-
ington County, Md.

25. To the following bequests contained in the last Will
and Testament of Clarence Keedy, taken from "Wills", Liber
20, folio 396, of the records in the office of the Register of
Wills of Washington County:

(a) St. Mary's Catholic Church of Hagerstown, Maryland,
the sum of $1,000.00.

(b) St. Joseph's School of Hagerstown, Maryland, the
sum of $1,000.00.
