18. To the following bequests contained in the last Will
and Testament of Laura Catherine Kurtz, deceased, taken
from "Wills", Liber 20, folio 312, of the records in the office
of the Register of Wills of Washington County:

(a) First Brethren Church, Hagerstown, Maryland, one-
fourth of rest and residue;

(b) The Church of God, Hagerstown, Maryland, one-fourth
of rest and residue;

(e) The Salvation Army of Hagerstown, Maryland, one-
fourth of rest and residue;

(d) The Hagerstown Day Nursery, Hagerstown, Maryland,
one-fourth of rest and residue.

19. To the bequest of $200.00 to St. Peter's Catholic
Church, Hancock, Maryland, contained in the last Will and
Testament of Estella M. Hoke, deceased, taken from "Wills",
Liber 20, folio 319, of the records in the office of the Register
of Wills of Washington County.

20. To the following bequests contained in the last Will
and Testament, of John V. Shank, deceased, taken from
"Wills", Liber 20, folio 323, of the records in the office of the
Register of Wills of Washington County:

(a) Consistory of Christ's Reformed Church of Cavetown,
Washington County, Maryland, the sum of f 250.00;

(b) Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church of Smithsburg,
Washington County, Maryland, the sum of $250.00.

21. To the following bequests contained in the last Will
and Testament of Lydia E. Kreps, deceased, taken from
"Wills", Liber 20, folio 342, of the records in the office of the
Register of Wills of Washington County:

(a) Salvation Army of Hagerstown, Maryland, bequest of
clothing;

(b) Board of Home Missions of the Reformed Church in
the United States the sum of $500.00;

(c) Homewood—Reformed Church Old Folks Home in
Hagerstown, Maryland, rest and residue.
