and Testament of Annie A. Cowton, deceased, taken from

28. To the bequest of the rest and residue to the Trustees
of God's Bible School and College of Cincinnati, Ohio, con-
tained in the last Will and Testament of Fannie M. Bowers,
deceased, taken from "Wills", Liber 20, folio 421, of the
records in the office of the Register of Wills of Washington
County.

29. To the following bequests contained in the last Will
and Testament of Esther Kaplan, deceased, taken from
"Wills", Liber 20, folio 426, of the records in the office of the
Register of Wills of Washington County:

(a) The Synagogue of the Sons of Abraham at Hagerstown,
Maryland, the sum of |2,500.00;

(b) Jewish Consumptives Relief Society of Denver, Colo-
rado, the sum of $500.00;

(c) United Hebrew Charities of Baltimore, Maryland, the
sum of $200.00;

(d) Hebrew Sheltering and Immigrant Aid Society of the
City of New York the sum of $500.00;

(e) Hagerstown Day Nursery, Inc., the sum of $100.00;

(f) Washington County Free Library the sum of $100.00,
and books;

(g) New Israel Eabbinical College in Baltimore, Mary-
land, the sum of $1,000.00;

(h) National Jewish Hospital at Denver, Colorado, the
sum of $200.00;

(i) Jewish charities, including the above, the rest and
residue.

30. To the bequest of a sum equivalent to one-tenth of the
market value at time of death of the entire estate, excluding
bequest of certain items of personal property, contained in the
last Will and Testament of Mary L. Alexander, deceased,
taken from "Wills", Liber 20, folio 430, of the records in the
office of the Register of Wills of Washington County.
