13. To the following bequests contained in the last Will
and Testament of H. Virginia Fiery, deceased, taken from
"Wills", Liber 20, folio 248, of the records in the office of the
Register of Wills of Washington County.

(a) The Washington County Home for Orphans and Friend-
less Children, one-half of the rest and residue;

(b) Rev. Scott R. Wagner, one-fourth of the rest and resi-
due;

(c) Zion Evangelical and Reformed Church of Hagerstown,
Maryland, one-fourth of the rest and residue.

14. To the following bequests contained in the last Will
and Testament of Elizabeth Lane Kealhbfer, deceased, taken
from "Wills", Liber 20, folio 270, of the records in the office of
the Register of Wills of Washington County:

(a) To "Most Reverend Michael Joseph Curley, Roman
Catholic Archbishop of Baltimore, the sum of f 1,000.00;"

(b) To Sister M. Catherine DeRicca, the sum of $1,000.00.

15. To the contingent bequest of certain remainder to the
Trustees of The Emanuel Church of the United Brethren in
Christ, Inc., Hagerstown, Maryland, contained in the last
Will and Testament of Francis E. Renner, deceased, taken
from "Wills", Liber 20, folio 301, of the records of the office
of the Register of Wills of Washington County.

16. To the following bequests contained in the last Will
and Testament of L. Viola Updegraff, deceased, taken from
"Wills", Liber 20, folio 302, of the records in the office of
the Register of Wills of Washington County:

(a) First Christian Church on South Potomac S'treet in
Hagerstown, Maryland, the sum of $10,000.00;

(b) Washington County Hospital Association of Washing-
ton County, Maryland, one-fourth of rest and residue;

(c) Washington County Home for Orphan and Friendless
Children of Washington County, Maryland, one-fourth of rest
and residue;

(d) First Christian Church on South Potomac Street in
Hagerstown, Maryland, one-fourth of rest and residue.

17. To the bequest of one-thirtieth of the rest and residue
to the Memorial United Brethren Church of Washington,
District of Columbia, as contained in the last Will and Testa-
