(f) Hagerstown Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks,
No. 378, the sum of $500.00.

8. To the following bequests contained in the last Will
and Testament of Clorinda Chaney, deceased, taken from
"Wills", Liber 20, folio 205, of the record books in the office
of the Register of Wills of Washington County:

(a) To the contingent devise and bequest of Real Estate,
Livestock, farming machinery, household effects, etc., to the
Washington County Hospital;

(b) St. Mark's Episcopal Church of Breathedsville, Mary-
land, the sum of $10,000.00;

(e) To the Vestry of St. Mark's Episcopal Church of
Breathedsville, Maryland.

9. To the bequest of $500.00 to the St. Mary's Catholic
Church of Hagerstown, Maryland, as contained in the last
Will and Testament of Harry L. Heleine, deceased, taken
from "Wills", Liber 20, folio 212, of the record books in the
office of the Register of Wills of Washington County.

10. To the following devise and bequests contained in the
last Will and Testament of Samuel H. Snell, deceased, taken
from ''Wills", Liber 20, folio 224, of the record books in the
office of the Register of Wills of Washington County:

(a) To the devise of Real 'Estate to the Quincy United
Brethren Old Peoples' Home at Quincy, Penna.

(b) Quincy United Brethren Old Peoples' Home at Quincy,
Penna., the sum of $2,000.00.

(c) Bethel Congregation of United Brethren in Christ
located at Chewsville, Maryland, the sum of $500.00.

11. To the bequest of $200.00 to the St. Paul's Church of
the United Brethren in Christ, Hagerstown, Maryland, con-
tained in the last Will and Testament of Ida Freed, deceased,
taken from "Wills", Liber 20, folio 227, of the record books
in the office of the Register of Wills of Washington County.

12. To the bequest of the rest and residue to the Board
of Trustees of St. Marks Lutheran Church of Hagerstown,
Maryland, contained in the last Will and Testament of Mary
M. Bell, deceased, taken from "Wills", Liber 20, folio 230,
of the record books in the office of the Register of Wills of
