CHAPTER 61.
(House Bill 7)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
305 of Article 66 1/2 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1943 Supplement), title "Motor Vehicles", sub-title "Traffic
Court of Baltimore City", relating to the bond of the Chief
Magistrate of the Traffic Court.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 305 of Article 66 1/2 of the Annotated Code
of Maryland (1943 Supplement), title "Motor Vehicles" sub-
title "Traffic Court of Baltimore City", be and it is hereby
repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

305. (Accounting.) The several court clerks herein pro-
vided for shall collect and take charge of all fines, penalties,
forfeitures, fees and costs imposed by the Magistrate to whose
court he is assigned and he shall account to the Supervisor
for all such monies collected by him at the close of the court
session each day.

The Supervisor shall account, within the time prescribed
by the Motor Vehicle Laws, to the Department of Motor Ve-
hicles for all fines, forfeitures, penalties, fees and costs col-
lected in the Traffic Court.

The several Magistrates assigned to the Traffic Court shall
handle no funds of the Court but the Chief Magistrate shall
give a good and sufficient bond with corporate security to be
approved by the Chief Judge of the Supreme Bench of Balti-
more City in the penalty of $5,000 that he will truly and faith-
fully discharge, execute and perform all and singular the
duties and obligations of his office, the cost of said bond to be
chared as an expense of the office.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1947.

CHAPTER 62.
(House Bill 70)

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 93 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Testamentary
Law", sub-title "Settlement of Small Estates", said new
section to be known as Section 151B and to follow immedi-
ately after Section 151A, as said Section 151A was enacted
