CHAPTER 456.
(House Bill 731)
AN ACT to repeal Section 458 of Article 13 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Harford County", sub-title "State's Attorney", as said
section was amended by Chapter 85 of the Acts of 1937,
relating to the compensation of the State's Attorney of
Harford County.
WHEREAS, Chapter 791 of the Acts of 1945 prescribes the
salaries of the State's Attorneys for the several counties,
thereby superseding and making unnecessary Section 458
of the Harford County Code; now therefore
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 458 of Article 13 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Harford
County", sub-title "State's Attorney", as said section was
amended by Chapter 85 of the Acts of 1937, be and it is
hereby repealed.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1947.

CHAPTER 457.
(House Bill 742)
AN ACT to add 3 new sections to the Prince George's County
Code (1943 Edition), title "Prince George's County," sub-
title "Upper Marlboro," to be known as Sections 1410A,
1410B and 1410C and to follow immediately after Section
1410 of said Code, providing for the grant of zoning and
condemnation powers to the Town Commissioners of Upper
Marlboro.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That three new sections be and they are hereby added to
the Prince George's County Code (1943 Edition), title
"Prince George's County," sub-.title "Upper Marlboro," said
new sections to be known as Sections 1410A, 1410B and 1410C
and to follow immediately after Section 1410 of said Code,
and to read as follows:
