115. For the purpose of providing funds with which to
establish, maintain and operate a fire department within
the area in the Seventh Election District in said Montgomery
County, particularly designated and described, and lying
and being within the bounds, courses and distances as fol-
lows, to wit: Beginning for the same at a point where the
center line of Wisconsin Avenue intersects the northwestern
boundary of the District of Columbia; thence with the boun-
dary of the District of Columbia, northeast to a point where
the said boundary intersects Rock Creek, following the
meanders thereof, in a northwesterly direction, to the point
where the easterly line of the Charles C. Bohrer property
intersects Rock Creek, the said property being the certain
tract of land particularly designated and described in deed
recorded in the Land Records of Montgomery County, Mary-
land, in Liber J. A. 46 at Folio 38, the above described point
being where the boundary of the Bethesda Fire Department
taxing area leaves Rock Creek; thence in a southwesterly
direction and with the easterly line of the said Charles C.
Bohrer property to the northeast corner of the M. E. Cool-
idge property; thence with the easterly line of the said M.
E. Coolidge property and across the public road known as
the Jones Bridge Road to the northerly line of the property
of the Columbia Country Club; thence following the boun-
daries of the said Columbia Country Club in a clockwise
direction to the northwest corner of the property of the
Chevy Chase Land Company; thence in a southerly direc-
tion and with the westerly line of the property of the Chevy
Chase Land Company to the southwest corner of the said
property of the Chevy Chase Land Company; thence in an
easterly direction and with the southerly line of the prop-
erty of the said Chevy Chase Land Company, crossing the
right of way of the Metropolitan Southern Branch of the
Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Company to the northeast
corner of the property of Mary E. Patten, et al.; thence
southwesterly and with the westerly line of the property of
the said Chevy Chase Land Company, crossing the East-
West Highway, and with the westerly boundary line of
Chevy Chase Section 4-B, to the northern boundary of the
special taxing area of Section Four of the Village of Chevy
Chase, Maryland; thence westerly and southerly along the
northern and western boundaries of the said Section Four
taxing area and across Bradley Lane to the Northern boun-
dary of the Chevy Chase Club; thence following the boun-
daries of the said Chevy Chase Club in a clockwise direction
to the southwest corner of the said Chevy Chase Club; thence
west to the center line of Wisconsin Avenue; thence south-
