764 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 439

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land., That Sections 776 and 777 of Article 3 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Balti-
more County", sub-title "Tuxedo Park", be and the same are
hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1947.

Approved April 16, 1947.

CHAPTER 438.
(House Bill 681)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 545 and 546 of Article 3 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Baltimore County", sub-title "Quarries" relating to
notice of quarry blasting on Falls Road.

WHEREAS, the aforesaid Sections 545 and 546 of Article 3 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
have long been obsolete because the area defined is now within
the limits of Baltimore City; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 545 and 546 of Article 3 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Balti-
more County", sub-title "Quarries", be and the same are hereby
repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1947.

Approved April 16, 1947.

CHAPTER 439.
(House Bill 683)

AN ACT to repeal Section 42 of Article 3 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition) title "Balti-
more County", sub-title "Bills of Exchange and Promissory
Notes," relating to Saturday as a legal half-holiday for
banks in Baltimore County.
