"Motion Picture and Other Public Exhibitions," relating
to the licensing of motion picture and other public exhibi-
tions and preserving to licensees all rights granted by exist-
ing licenses until May 1st, 1947.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 499, 500, 501, 502, 503, 504, and 505 of
Article 3 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition) title "Baltimore County," sub-title "Motion Picture
and Other Public Exhibitions," be and the same are hereby
repealed.
SEC. 2. The repeal of the aforegoing sections shall not in
any manner alter or affect the rights, powers and privileges
heretofore granted any person, firm or corporation under the
provisions of said Sections 499, 500, 501, 502, 503, 504 and
505 of Article 3 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land (1930 Edition) nor shall any such license holder be
subjected to the payment of any increased or additional fees
for licenses already held by them by virtue of any other
Act, until the expiration of said licenses on and after May
1st, 1947.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act is hereby
declared to be an emergency law and necessary for the imme-
diate preservation of the public health and safety and having
been passed upon a yea and nay vote, supported by three-
fifths of all the members elected to each of the two Houses
of the General Assembly of Maryland, the same shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 776 and 777 of Article 3 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Baltimore County", sub-title "Tuxedo Park", relating
to the village of Tuxedo Park.
WHEREAS, the aforesaid Sections 776 and 777 of Article 3 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
have long been obsolete because the village of Tuxedo Park is
now within the limits of Baltimore City, therefore
