America to H. Carlyle DeLozier dated December 29, 1945'
and recorded January 24, 1946 among the Land Records of
Prince George's County, Maryland, in Liber 802 at folio 306.
and running thence with the said third line and with the fifth
line described in Parcel No. 4 of the said deed North
53°-3'-10" East 620.48 feet to a fence post found at the end of
said fifth line; thence with a part of the first line of said Parcel
No. 4 South 75°-30'-00" East 2443.89 feet to a stone found
planted thereon at the northwest corner of a parcel of land
containing 0.5035 acre which was conveyed to Christian
Heurich by deed dated July 14, 1925, and recorded among
the said Land Records in Liber 243 at folio 389; thence with
the West line of the said 0.5035 acre parcel South 26°-30'-50"
East 263.73 feet to a fence post found on the second line of
the aforesaid Parcel No. 4 at the southwest corner of the
aforesaid 0.5035 acre parcel; thence continuing on the same
course South 26°-30'-50" East 21.84 feet to a point in the cen-
ter line of Queens Chapel Road, which point is East 16,056.21
feet and North 26,668.92 feet; thence with said center line
South 44°-29'-20" West 1067.34 feet to the point of beginning.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the provisions of
Sections 724B, 724C, 724D, 724E, 724F and 724G as enacted
by Chapter 659 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Mary-
land, 1945 Session, be, and the same are hereby made appli-
cable to the property described in Section 724AA above de-
scribed, the same as though it had been included in Section
724A, except that municipal taxes shall not be levied until
the effective date of this Act.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacaed, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1947.

(House Bill 511)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Paragraph
(g) of Section 60 of Article 2B, title "Alcoholic Beverages",
of the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, to provide
for increase of the compensation of the members, the clerk
and the attorney of the Board of License Commissioners of
Prince George's County, and to provide for the appointment,
of a Secretary to the Clerk of the Board.
