Mayor and City Council of Hyattsville, Maryland, a muni-
cipal corporation, by including therein a part of Prince
George's County contiguous thereto.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be, and it is hereby added to the
Code of Public Local Laws of Prince George's County (1943
Flack's Edition), being Article 17 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland, title "Prince George's County", sub-title
Hyattsville", said new section to be known as Section 724AA
to follow immediately after Section 724A of said Article and
to read as follows:

724AA. There is hereby annexed to the territory of the
Mayor and City Council of Hyattsville, Maryland, a municipal
corporation, and to the Fourth Ward thereof, that parcel of
land adjacent and contiguous to the present City of Hyatts-
ville in Prince George's County, Maryland, described as fol-
lows :

Beginning for the same at the intersection of the center
line of Queens Chapel Road (formerly known as University
Drive) with the N 7°-18'-40"/ W 304.01 foot line of the present
boundary of the City of Hyattsville, the position of said point
referred to the Coordinate System as established in the Wash-
ington Suburban Sanitary Commission being East 15,308.25
feet and North 25,807.49 feet; said point being also North
7°-18'-40" West 7.64 feet from the beginning of the above
mentioned boundary line and running thence with the re-
mainder of said line and with the present boundary of the
City of Hyattsville with bearings referred to the true meri-
dian as established by the said Washington Suburban Sani-
tary Commission, the nine following courses and distances:

North 7°-18'-40" West 296.37 feet
North 61°-30'-30" West 247.80 feet
North 26°-31'-30" West 241.53 feet
North 68°-47'-30" West 403.20 feet
North 50°-48'-30" West 240.50 feet
North 66°-30'-30" West 272.36 feet.
North 74°-58'-30" West 230.12 feet
North 82°-20'-30" West 457.90 feet.
North 78°-04'-30" West 415.22 feet

to a point; said point being East 13,050.47 feet and North
27,148.66 feet, thence leaving said present boundary of the
City of Hyattsville North 53°-03'-10" East 21.54 feet to a
stone found planted at the beginning of the third line of
