(3) shall be at least sixty (60) years of age; and

(4) whose record as such teacher shall be without reproach;
and who

(5) shall be unable to teach school because of physical
disability or infirmity shall receive a pension of Four
Hundred and Eighty Dollars ($480.00) per annum, pay-
able quarterly, from the County Commissioners of the county
in which the teacher has taught. Provision for the payment
of said pensions shall be made in the next annual tax levy
and in all future tax levies of said counties.

SEC. 2. And, be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1947.

(House Bill 456)

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 2B of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1939 Edition and 1943 Supplement),
title "Alcoholic Beverages", sub-title "Licenses", said new
section to be known as Section 3AA and to follow imme-
diately after Section 3A thereof, relating to the license fees
for the sale of alcoholic beverages in Carroll County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted ty the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article
2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition and
1943 Supplement), title "Alcoholic Beverages", sub-title "Li-
censes", said new section to be known as Section 3AA, to
follow immediately after Section 3A thereof, and to read as
follows:

3AA. Notwithstanding the provisions of any other section
of this Article, the following license fees shall be applicable
in Carroll County:

(a) In Carroll County, the annual license fee for a Class
A Beer License shall be Forty Dollars ($40.00).

(b) In Carroll County, the annual license fee for a Class
B Beer License shall be Seventy-five Dollars ($75.00).

(c) In Carroll County, the annual license fee for a Class
C Beer License shall be Forty Dollars ($40.00).
