(d) In Carroll County, the annual license fee for a Class
D Beer License shall be Seventy-five Dollars ($75.00).

(e) In Carroll County, the annual license fee for a Class
A Beer and Light Wine License shall be Fifty Dollars
($50.00).

(f) In Carroll County the annual license fee for a Class
B Beer and Light Wine License shall be Ninety Dollars
($90.00).

(g) In Carroll County the annual license fee for a Class
C Beer and Light Wine License shall be Fifty Dollars
($50.00).

(h) In Carroll County, the annual license fee for a Class
D Beer and Light Wine License shall be Ninety Dollars

($90.00).

(i) In Carroll County, the annual license fee for a Class
A Beer, Wine and Liquor License shall be Six Hundred Dollars
($600.00).

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act is hereby
declared to be an emergency law and necessary for the imme-
diate preservation of the public health and safety, and having
been passed by a yea and nay vote, supported by three-fifths
of all the members elected to each of the two Houses of the
General Assembly of Maryland, the same shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 2A
of the Maryland-Washington Regional District Act, as
enacted by Chapter 992 of the Laws of Maryland, 1943, the
purpose of the amendment being to extend the Maryland-
Washington Regional District to include certain areas with-
in the Spaulding's, Surratt's, and Oxon Hill Election Dis-
tricts, Prince George's County, Maryland.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 2A of the Maryland-Washington Regional
District Act, as enacted by Chapter 992, Laws of Maryland,
