Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00) per annum. Such compen-
sation shall be levied annually by the County Commis-
sioners of said county, and shall be paid as are the salaries of
other county employees, and charged to the expenses of the
Circuit Court for Prince George's County.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take,
effect June 1, 1947.

CHAPTER 350.
(House Bill 301)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 479, 480, 481, 482, 483 and 484
of Article 3 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title "Baltimore County", sub-title "Lans-
downe", relating to a special levy in Lansdowne and also
to the straying of stock of any kind in Lansdowne.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 479, 480, 481, 482, 483 and 484 of Article
3 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Baltimore County", sub-title "Lansdowne", be
and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the Lansdowne
Improvement Association of Baltimore County shall, with
respect to any monies heretofore received by it under the
provisions of Section 479 of Article 3 of the Code of Public
Local Laws, use such monies exclusively for the improvement
of roads and sidewalks in the Village of Lansdowne. Such
monies shall be expended by the road supervisor of the Thir-
teenth Election District of Baltimore County under the direc-
tion of two members of said Association, such members to be
selected by said Association.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1947.
