5A. (Annual Registration of Dentists.) (a) Every person
licensed by the Board to practice Dentistry in Maryland shall
annually, before April 1st, be required to register his name,
license number, dental degree, school of graduation, year of
graduation, office location and telephone number, and state
whether or not he is in active practice, on a form furnished
by the Board of Dental Examiners. He shall pay a fee of
one dollar ($1.00) for such registration, and the Board shall
issue a certificate of registration which shall be kept in the
office location as noted on his certificate.
(b) Failure of any licensed dentist to register as provided
shall cause a suspension of such license, and no license, when
suspended, shall be restored except upon the payment to said
Board of a fee of ten dollars by the suspended practitioner.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1947.

CHAPTER 325.
(House Bill 79)
AN ACT to add a new section to Article 33 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Elections", sub-
title "Registration", as said Article was revised by Chap-
ter 934 of the Acts of 1945, said new section to be known
as Section 15A and to follow immediately after Section
15 of said Article, relating to the registration of voters
at the offices of the Supervisors of Elections in the several
counties, under certain conditions.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article
33 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title
"Elections", sub-title "Registration", as said Article was re-
vised by Chapter 93.4 of the Acts of 1945, said new section
to be known as Section 15A, to follow immediately after
Section 15 of said Article, and to read as follows:
15A. In addition to the days of registration in the several
election precincts and districts as provided by this Article,
the Supervisors of Elections of the several counties are here-
by authorized to provide for the registration of voters at
their respective offices at their respective county seats on
